Bloro 8 has no user accounts. The only data we store on our servers is your support chat. You can ask us to delete it at any time, and we delete it within 30 days.
1. How to request deletion
- Open the Bloro 8 app.
- Go to Settings → Help & FAQ and open the support chat.
- Send the message: Delete my data.
Your request is linked to your conversation, so we know which data to delete without asking you for any personal information. We confirm in the same chat once it is done.
2. What we delete
- All your support chat messages and their timestamps.
- The conversation record, including your anonymous user ID and your device's Android ID.
We keep nothing after deletion. There is no extra retention period, except that encrypted Google Cloud backups are overwritten automatically within their normal cycle.
3. Data stored only on your device
Your time balance, settings and local chat history never leave your phone. To delete them, uninstall the app, or open Android Settings → Apps → Bloro 8 → Storage → Clear data.
4. Advertising data
Rewarded video ads are served by Unity (Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads), which handles its own data. To delete it, follow the steps in the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. You can also reset or delete your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads.
