Core Guarantee: Bloro 8’s screen analysis and aiming calculations run 100% locally on your device. We do NOT record, stream, or upload your gameplay video or game frames to any remote server.
1. Overview & Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Bloro 8 ("we", "us", or "our") processes data when you use the Bloro 8 Android application and official website. We believe in strict data minimization and transparent disclosures.
2. On-Device Gameplay Calculation
When you activate Bloro 8 overlay services, the Android MediaProjection API is used solely for on-device frame buffer analysis. Frame calculations (such as ball positioning, angle calculation, and cushion banking) are executed entirely in device memory by our native engine. No gameplay video, stream, or analyzed frame leaves your device for gameplay processing.
3. Support Chat & Communications
If you choose to use our in-app Support Chat (accessible via Settings → Help & FAQ → Need more help? / Chat), the following data is processed to deliver effective customer service:
- Conversation Identifier: When you open the chat, the app signs in to Firebase anonymously (no name, email or password). Your conversation is stored under that anonymous user ID (e.g.
bloro_...), and only your device and our support team can read it. - Message Content & Timestamps: Text queries and messages you send in the support thread.
- Device Identifier: Your device's Android ID is stored with the conversation so our support team can tell conversations from different devices apart.
4. Third-Party Service Providers
To deliver real-time support and chat features, we utilize trusted cloud infrastructure providers under strict terms:
- Google Firebase: We use Firebase Firestore and Authentication to store support chat threads, Remote Config to deliver app settings (it uses an app instance identifier), and App Check with Google Play Integrity to verify that requests come from the genuine app.
- Groq AI: When automated support is active, your support questions are processed through the Groq AI API (utilizing state-of-the-art open models) to provide instant technical assistance. Only the text of your support question and recent conversation context are sent to generate answers.
5. Rewarded Video Ads
Bloro 8 is free and funded by rewarded video ads: you choose to watch a video to add time to your balance. Ads are served by Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads. To show and measure ads, and to prevent ad fraud, these services may collect your device's advertising ID and other device identifiers, approximate location derived from your IP address, interactions with the ads, and diagnostic data such as crash and performance information. This data is handled under the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalized ads, in your Android settings under Google → Ads.
6. Time Balance
Your time balance is stored only on your device, encrypted. It is not sent to our servers.
7. Human Support & Administrative Access
Our authorized support team has access to the Admin Support Dashboard to review open inquiries and reply directly to your messages. An administrator may switch a conversation from automated AI mode to Human Support mode to assist you personally.
8. Data Retention & Deletion
Support conversation history is stored to allow you to review previous answers and follow up on existing inquiries. You can request deletion of your support conversation records at any time by contacting us through the support chat; see Delete Your Data for the steps. All data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS).
9. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect new features or regulatory requirements. Any modifications will be posted directly to this page with an updated effective date.
